Refund policy
BackRoads Halo wants you to love your purchase. We only offer store credit for returns. We have a 14 day return policy for store credit only. Please reach out to us at info@shopbackroadshalo.com to request a return. Return packages will be accepted for store credit if postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached along with the original invoice. Items must be free of defects, stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smells/odors, damage, or any other signs that the item has been worn or used. Returns without original invoice included will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. ALL items marked final sale are NOT returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the above conditions are not met. Returns that do not meet ALL the conditions/guidelines or are past 14 days will not be given store credit and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Store credit will be issued via gift card/code sent to your email if approved after your return is received and processed. Shipping will not be included in the refund price on any returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee the items availability when your return reaches us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The return will only be accepted with original invoice upon meeting all return requirements.
Defective or damaged Items: Please inspect orders immediately upon receipt. You must contact us within three days of receiving the shipment if you receive damaged merchandise. All issues must be emailed to info@shopbackroadshalo.com within the three day window. Please include images of the issue along with your order number and the item’s product name. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The return will not be accepted if the damaged item does not have the tag attached. Any issues reported after three days will not be acceptable returns.
You are responsible for the shipping of your return. We suggest paying for tracking as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot guarantee that your return will be received.
Lost, stolen, or missing packages: Packages that are marked as delivered are not our responsibility to replace. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
